Shashlyk
Shashlyk is an eastern dish originating from Caucasus and Asia.
Shashlyk is marinated, always seasoned meat cooked on skewers over a smoky (not flaming) grill.
It however won the universal popularity is Russia and became a part of Russian cuisine.
